FIRSTLY
You all know right, i see so many sec ones like, slack in band know. Somemore during pack-up time at the end of the day. I notice everytime, and i mean EVERYTIME, there are these particular three people, who always pack up their own instruments and just go downstairs to fall out without even helping the others to pack up the stands and stuff. Help only, very hard meh? Will die issit? I don't wanna name those three people hor. You three better help, or else your name will be in font size number 10 here. And anyway, more hands make light work right?

SECONDLY
You all must think of others too, cannot think of yourself only. You all think it's so easy to pack-up with so little people helping issit? I admit me, and the other librarians don't help in packing up the stands and chairs. But it's because we have other duties to do, not because we don't wanna be late to fall out or what. And we are also helping to pack up right.

THIRDLY
During fall-out, can you all stop fidgiting and talking in the squad? It's damn irritating know. For the leaders especially. They're trying to ask you all to keep quiet, but all you do is continue talking. This is not the way how our band is supposed to be. You want to bring the band up? You better listen to the leaders, teachers and Mr Samuel.

LASTLY
During combine practice, when Mr Samuel asks you all to keep quiet, can you all just KEEP QUIET?! It's damn frustrating for him you know. During sectional practice, stop walking around and chit-chatting with people can. I admit i do that at times, but that's only when i finish practicing for about 20 minutes straight. Even if you wanna walk around, it's to take a break i assume.

END OF LECTURE LOL. I guess you know who i am yeah?

In the past...i think I love the band it is because...of the seniors...
Now...i guess I love the band it is because of the juniors.
I actually dun wish the juniors get punished by the leaders...
or see the leaders beening scolded by teachers or what.
Whatever the juniors did..did they know that the leaders always get doubble..

Okay...althought I am not the leaders...but I really dun wished anyone got punished..

so...to all the band members...
please help the others when packing up...
you are not the only person in band..so..please help out..
Some of the sec 1 only help themself while packing up...
after packing up...they just leave without helping the others...
do they know that this will slow the band down???
And the most I can see is the Seniors and the Leaders helping out...together with
som of the juniors...but this is not enough...

In the band all we nid is team work...
NOT SOLO!!!!
if ppl want to do solo work...
they will just slow the band down...

I hope the next time I come to band...
I will see improvement from the juniors by helping out the whole band...
not do what they are suspose to do for themself and go!!

And to the leaders...
Be stricter to the Juniors...
or else the Juniors will climb up to the top of ur head!!!
if they did anytink wrong...please punish them...
not allow them to go off soo easily...
Just remember how Fhaizmel control the band in the past...
when it is the tme for you all be serious...be serious...
dun ever play with them...

So...hope improvement is made when I next come to the band..

Phew.....! the problem is finally solved though Fhaizmel said he kena scolding! Happy Birthday Melvin! I heard 2dae yur birthdae, so 2dae muz b veh happy okay! Oh n I think I am SICK? coz 2dae go out with juniors very tired lah, dunno y? Haiz....If i sick then cannot go band alr, n i'm especially sad to c 1 of my junior emo-ing 2dae. very worried, ask him he dun wanna tell me! I c his face i oso Sad! Plz cheer up okay,tat person alwys has me 2 pour his troubles to! So yah...! very worried somemore when he lyke tat 2dae not cute!! He is a computer freak, i state tis so tat the person i'm talking about noe who he is! Oh yah!! muz have discipline okay, i really agree with wat Fhaiz has said,last time it wasn't like tat. especially the packing up, i oni c all the leaders helping,most Sec2s n oni 1 quarter of the Sec 1s helping! I was actually very ANGRY yesterdae! I'm sure some of u can tell,i actually oso wanted 2 scold u all 1 but c u all got punishment somemore fhaiz wanna talk 2 u all i close 1 eye. if not i would have definitely SCREAMED at u guys! I can b Nice and Fierce so dun let me have a chance to show u my other side! So plz I wan 2 c a Change, c my juniors become sensible n for every1 2 have much more discipline on Tuesdays n Thursdays! S tats all hope I will c wat i wanna C!!!

Hey! Common Tests are OVER!, hope no1 was angry with me for the Superstars thing although I noe Afiq was, aka Mas Selamat! Haha.....! So Happy tat Band has resumed again. Juniors muz practice really hard alr, yur performance on the dunno when September at the 4got alr Primary school coming!! Olympics also here, although singapore oni got SILVER,alr veh good alr!
