HEEEEEEE, CAME TO POST OKAY. SORRY, IT'S A LECTURE POST =x

FIRSTLY
You all know right, i see so many sec ones like, slack in band know. Somemore during pack-up time at the end of the day. I notice everytime, and i mean EVERYTIME, there are these particular three people, who always pack up their own instruments and just go downstairs to fall out without even helping the others to pack up the stands and stuff. Help only, very hard meh? Will die issit? I don't wanna name those three people hor. You three better help, or else your name will be in font size number 10 here. And anyway, more hands make light work right?

SECONDLY
You all must think of others too, cannot think of yourself only. You all think it's so easy to pack-up with so little people helping issit? I admit me, and the other librarians don't help in packing up the stands and chairs. But it's because we have other duties to do, not because we don't wanna be late to fall out or what. And we are also helping to pack up right.

THIRDLY
During fall-out, can you all stop fidgiting and talking in the squad? It's damn irritating know. For the leaders especially. They're trying to ask you all to keep quiet, but all you do is continue talking. This is not the way how our band is supposed to be. You want to bring the band up? You better listen to the leaders, teachers and Mr Samuel.

LASTLY
During combine practice, when Mr Samuel asks you all to keep quiet, can you all just KEEP QUIET?! It's damn frustrating for him you know. During sectional practice, stop walking around and chit-chatting with people can. I admit i do that at times, but that's only when i finish practicing for about 20 minutes straight. Even if you wanna walk around, it's to take a break i assume.
