In the past...i think I love the band it is because...of the seniors...
Now...i guess I love the band it is because of the juniors.
I actually dun wish the juniors get punished by the leaders...
or see the leaders beening scolded by teachers or what.
Whatever the juniors did..did they know that the leaders always get doubble..

Okay...althought I am not the leaders...but I really dun wished anyone got punished..

so...to all the band members...
please help the others when packing up...
you are not the only person in band..so..please help out..
Some of the sec 1 only help themself while packing up...
after packing up...they just leave without helping the others...
do they know that this will slow the band down???
And the most I can see is the Seniors and the Leaders helping out...together with
som of the juniors...but this is not enough...

In the band all we nid is team work...
NOT SOLO!!!!
if ppl want to do solo work...
they will just slow the band down...

I hope the next time I come to band...
I will see improvement from the juniors by helping out the whole band...
not do what they are suspose to do for themself and go!!

And to the leaders...
Be stricter to the Juniors...
or else the Juniors will climb up to the top of ur head!!!
if they did anytink wrong...please punish them...
not allow them to go off soo easily...
Just remember how Fhaizmel control the band in the past...
when it is the tme for you all be serious...be serious...
dun ever play with them...

So...hope improvement is made when I next come to the band..
