Finally your examinations finish eh?. Hopefully you guys get good results for this term's common test. Anyways, SYF is around the corner. Not at the room's corner, but in the calendar's corner. Put aside your common test "stress" in you and go all out in the coming preparation of the SYF. Aiming for gold right?, sure no problem. Go ahead. If you guys need help, please do approach Mr Samuel, Mr Yeo, or myself. Precious time is running out.

Yo wads up band members!!! This is Afiq aka Fiq or also The FIQster. Sum of you might be wondering why in the world am i posting on the band's blog? Sum might tink, "Afiq doesnt give a damn bout band why post?" Simple, to me, I have 3 main important things in my life. 1st is to make sure im still able to function in this world with music. 2nd is to make sure i can cope my studies and my 6 years of experience on the guitar come to a balance. 3rdly, i want this BPSS BAND to RISE UP to be ONE of the top schools of symphonic band. I was supposed to be in NPCC, but i dint regret taking band. I luv band. Playing the bassoon is awesome for me. I hope to be as great as my very own senior Fhaizmel by the time im in Sec 4. Band members shld very well fit in with band and act actively during band. If not, how are you guys gonna expect to like band. Ask my buddy, Bryan. He likes...no he loves band. How does this feeling towards band come to him?? Did he just sit there listen teacher and use handphone?? Even if he uses handphone, does he use it to entertain himself of boredom from band?? I certainly hope not. SYF is this year. GOLD!! I want that. Many members also do. SO pls work harder.I dun tink mr samuel wants the band to go in flames. So, i dun wanna make this post any longer, so yeah. Those who are working very hard, thanks! lets hope, we'll get GOLD for SYF this year!

The tickets r $10 each. Hope u guys can attend coz i'm going...but if u can't i'll understand coz the following week CT for Sec 2 and 3's rite. So I wish u all the best in yur exams...work hard and play hard yeah. Oh Yah...I still dunno who's the 1 creating the killing stench in the band rm juz nw? hahahas. =D

One key and important lesson we must learn from our SYF drill video experience is that once we start from scratch,we must keep on 'scratching'.

This SYF'09 will not be a walk in the park. We have to practice very hard and on top of that practice smart. I believe that everyone has the potential to outshine their present capabalities and will not disappoint the teachers and Mr.Samuel by being lazy.

This GOLD that we yield to have is within our grasp,we will create legend by being the batch of students in all BPS BAND history to clinch the 1st GOLD medal! :E !

Hmmm. FhaiZi Here. Answering your question, I believe that achieving a gold would definitely bring us somewhere. From what i heard from Mrs Seah on a trip to SCH. She mentioned that Japan would be a place to visit. Outings would be organised. For graduated and graduating students, she will bring us along, but at no subsides rate.

So thats it, anyways. If we get silver, There is possibility that outings would take place, definitely. There will be lots of changes if either awards are received. For example, new instrument, accessories and more.

This privilege is only given if the band works hard as a team. Alrights, thats all, see ya.

Yo yo, Fhaizmel a.k.a retard here. Anyways, my first time writing in new post for the sake of bryan and allyson. Ok, hmmm I'm speechless kind of person. But whatever, i'll still post.

Anyway, I hope that the member will work together as a team to achieve the destined award, which is the prestiges Gold award For SYF 2009. Ok but basically, that is achievable if our member were to like put aside the differences and hatred between members. Start afresh and work hard. Stress, press on. You will make it.

If you guys get the award, the school bloody helly favour the band the most.
Outdoor trips, especially JAPAN!!!... OK thats random, erh. Hi.
